This project was developed as a creative direction proposal for Gloat’s employee onboarding experience. To help new employees step into Gloat with confidence and curiosity, we created a vibrant onboarding video and companion booklet that blend essential company information with a playful tone. Through bold colors, light humor, and approachable storytelling, the experience introduces Gloat’s culture, values, and product in a way that feels warm, human, and easy to digest.
